Our national built heritage is protected by legislation which helps to prevent harm to our historic environment, but can be challenging for building owners. As RIBA Conservation Accredited architects, we have been working with local authority conservation officers for many years and can help to resolve the differences that can occur between our clients’ aspirations and the requirements of the Listed Building Consent. We aim to produce a high quality, bespoke design and specification, that will conserve and enhance the character of the building for many years to come.
We have worked with many fine contractors and craftspeople and know how to manage the build process on site to produce the best possible outcome.
